Items will be posted by Austalia Post. Delivery within 3 to 7 working days within Australia.

Delivery Outside Australia

All prices on this site are Australian dollars. Some countries have duties and custom charges, the customer is responsible for these possible extra charges on parcels.

Wild Things will not take responsibility for lost items through Australia Post, however every effort will be made to track down missing parcels. Postage costs are calculated at the checkout before you confirm your order. You will be able to see how much your postage costs are before you commit to the sale. This includes insurance and delivery confirmation costs.

Returns

I totally understand sometimes we have problems, if this is the case please dont hestitate to contact me immediately to discuss your concerns. If there is a fault in the workmanship of your purchase I am happy to exchange or refund. You will need to contact me within 14 days of recieving your purchases to claim a refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and not worn, used or washed. It would help us both if you could call or email first to discuss any problems.

You are welcome to create an account with Wild Things of Noosa through Log In. Your account details will be stored with Wild Things but not shared with any other company or individual. You will receive only a few emails from Wild Things throughout the year.

The benefits of creating an account is that you will be first to be notified of sales or new collections. You will only have to enter your details once when shopping with Wild Things of Noosa and you can check back on past purchases.
